Nagyon csalódott vagyok! Gyakran jártunk ebbe a boltba, azonban az egyik eladó, egy vékony, vöröshajú hölgy, rendszeresen bunkó és lekezelő stílusban beszél a vásárlókkal, velem is többször megtörtént. Sokszor olyan, mintha hangulatember lenne: ha éppen rossz kedve van (és 10 ből 9 szer az van), egy teljesen ártatlan kérdésre is képes flegmán és kellemetlen hangnemben válaszolni. Ha pedig olyat kér az ember, amiért neki hátra kell mennie / meg kell mozdulnia, azonnal látványosan pofákat vág, mintha a vásárló hibája lenne, hogy neki meg kell mozdulnia. Egy ideig próbáltam tolerálni, de már többször hallottam, ahogy a vevőket is kibeszéli a hátuk mögött, ami számomra teljesen elfogadhatatlan. Egy boltban a vásárlókat tisztelettel kellene kezelni, nem így! Nem szándékozom ide visszatérni, és másnak sem ajánlom.

Egy éve járunk a boltba, az árak rendben vannak a kiszolgálás kedves. Tegnap azonban rábeszélt a hölgy bennünket, hogy egy egész doboz tojást vegyünk meg, holott csak pár darabra volt szükségünk. Rendben.. a közelben lakunk, kézben hoztunk haza egy egész dobozzal. Kettő sajnos törött volt... kicsi dolog, de másnap amikor arra jártunk azért beugrottunk és mondtuk, hogy kettő bizony törött volt. 240Ft a két darab egyébként, összességében nem egy nagy összeg..dehát mégis csak a vásárló kára ez. A válasz sajnos az volt, hogy szerintük nem volt törött, mintha a kedves vásárlónak egyéb dolga sem lenne, csak, hogy kitalálja, hogy két törött tojást talált, hátha kap kettőt ingyen? :D Na mindegy, nekem ez egy csillag és nem sajnálom az időt ezt megírni, mert ez az üzletpolitika számomra 1 csillagot ér.
