Telefonon érdeklődtem egy orvos által receptre felírt pelenkával kapcsolatban. A válasz nem szakmai tájékoztatás volt, hanem az, hogy a termék „veszteség a gyógyszertárnak”, ezért nem foglalkoznak vele. Elfogadhatatlannak tartom, hogy egy beteg gyermek ellátásához szükséges, támogatott gyógyászati segédeszközt pusztán gazdasági szempontból kezeljenek, miközben azt sem veszik figyelembe, hogy egy család havi szinten több tízezer forintot költ rendszeresen a gyógyszertárban. Egy gyógyszertár feladata nem az, hogy mérlegelje, „megéri-e” segíteni, hanem az, hogy ellátást biztosítson. Ez a hozzáállás nemcsak szakmailag kifogásolható, hanem emberileg is méltatlan.

Mai napon 22000 ft értékben vásároltam gyógyszert. Doktor Xy asszonyság simán kitette a pultra a rengeteg gyógyszert, és amikor szóvà tettem, hogy illene valami zacskóba tenni, akkor közölte: 20 ft a papírzacskó. Fogtechnikus kollega vagyok, igaz már nyugdíjas, de ilyen jellegű embertelen kiszolgálással nem találkoztam még vidéken sem!!! Gyönyörű officinában ilyen módon expediálni... FELHÁBORÍTÓ MÉLYSÉGESEN!

Többször előfordult már, hogy a keresett gyógyszer nem volt náluk elérhető, ezért egy másik patikába kellett menni. A kiszolgálás szerintem jó, de előfordul hogy felgyűlnek az emberek, ilyenkor várni kell. Egyes gyógyszerek árai talán egy kicsit alacsonyabbak, mint máshol.
