Friendly customer service but I am a bit disappointed because I had a broken tab on a water filter. And they offered me after a 15.000 huf consulting a complete new original filter + work for almost 400.000 huf. This way they could offer warranty they claimed later. Eventually I changed only the tab of the filter with a not original replacement part for just 2000 huf.
