Cyclepunk was open when I came in at 8pm! Ben and Tas helped me prep my just purchased used bike for my trip from BP to Leánfalu the next morning. I did not get the bike there, but I did purchase pedals, pump, multi-tool, spoons & patch kit, chain oil, lock, and helmet. They installed the pedals and took care of a few other details. The people and vibe are both great.

I had a problem with my bike saddle, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. To my surprise, they didn't charge me anything. It's rare to find such honest, kind, and helpful people these days. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping rather than making money. I really appreciate their generosity and excellent service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional bike repairs. I'll definitely come back for future services. Thank you so much!

Very disappointing. Last year they replaced a tire and installed different sizes (38 mm front, 40 mm rear) without informing me, and the price was high. I still gave them another chance, but this time they told me they “cannot replace only the chain” and insisted I also replace the cassette — which is simply not true, especially on a bike with around 2,000 km. They provided no evidence of wear. Considering the high prices, the previous mistakes, and how different my experience was compared to their good Google rating, I couldn’t help feeling that maybe being a foreigner didn’t help. In any case, I no longer trust this workshop and won’t return.

Excellent. These folks really know their trade and deliver great quality service. I’ve had the wheels of my vintage road bike centred just three weeks ago — and they came back perfectly straight, like on the millimetre. Also had a flat tire (tubular, needs to be glued!) fixed over the weekend and can’t be any happier with the result; it’s looking like factory spec. Stuff is always friendly and they speak English super well. Big thanks to the entire team for serving my bike so well!
