Did a super sloppy job wasn’t worth the money I was paying.

Lovely people, but the work was awful. I came in for a simple highlights touch-up and asked clearly to keep my light blonde shade, without grey or white tones. Instead, I walked out with a dull, dark colour that I never asked for. Completely disappointing and not at all what I requested. Below are images of my original golden colour (curled) and what I got at the end (straight) hair

Refused to cut my hair, claiming they only work on appointment. I was right there, sent me away. Ridiculous
