The two ticket inspection officers are absolutely rude and ridiculous. I purchased a Budapest Card in Keleford bus terminal and the staff member didn't tell me to write the activation date and time and identification number on the card. In the morning we got inspected, the officer just scanned our cards and let us go. But just now, when we let the officer scan the card, the officers yelled at us and refused to scan our cards. When we asked why, they only spoke Hungarian language. We kept asking them to scan, the woman refused, and the man scanned it, the cards were valid. Then the woman kept speaking 'write!', so we asked for a pen, they said no and refused our entry. Then we went to the customer service centre and told them our experience, we got looked down at. Eventually one gentleman officer helped us with the matter, lending us a pen to write our details. Goung back to inspection, they didn't even scan our cards and let us go. So, what's the standard of fare inspection with Budapest Card? Why would we got yelled at? Are they well trained to face customers? It was like we didn't buy our tickets and got an eye on. This totally unacceptable situation made my worst day ever, and I

Really cool to ride the metro here. Trains were clean with moderate noise levels. Train stations themselves could use a little cleaning but overall a good experience.
