Something happened to my glasses while abroad, so my frame was off. I just walked into Déli Optika and asked if they could bend the frame for me, which they did for me without asking anything in return. Now I'm happy again. Thanks for the great service!

I am changing my review to 4* from 1* as I had two completely different experiences at this place. My first visit there was rather disappointing as the receptionist lady recorded wrong numbers for my readers and when I accidentally noticed that mistake (I trust medical personnel and do not usually check if they are doing their job right) and pointed it out she did not apologize and told me it was my responsibility to make sure she puts the numbers down correctly. However yesterday I went there again to pick up my ready glasses and got very good customer service which I was very pleased with (it is worth noting that yesterday I was served by a different lady). So I guess it all depends on who you get. I would go there again but would make sure your prescription is recorded correctly.

Professionals with kindness! Quality, style and sustainability are the key words in my opinion. I always go there for new glasses. (English friendly).

Great place and very helpful staff. My time was respected, no long waitings and always got multiple choices and great reccomandations to make my final decision. Also patience is one of their strenghts. Usually the owner is in the shop, and always willing to meet the expectations.
