Fast service and friendly good staff

They told me that they were too busy to accept new orders, even though I told them that I wasn't in a hurry. There were other customers there with new work. The woman I dealt with was very rude when I told her that I didn't speak Hungarian very well. I will find another printer in future.

Wonderful print quality, but a nightmare to communicate with through e-mails, as it's always a new colleague checking and responding, and leaves room for a lot of confusion and unnecessary back-and-forths. In person, the same staff member was extremely rude and demeaning one day, and then pleasant and conversational the next. Must've been having a bad day the first time around, but still, if you work in customer service - even if only for the sake of the company and not human decency - please curb your desire to treat customers as stupid. Regardless, the speed and quality is top-notch, and I will happily return in the future.

Not very friendly personnel. Just because someone does not speak Hungarian it doesn’t mean that has to be treated rudely as if one were stupid. Not very professional and don’t recommend this place.

I had a great experience with them and they were super helpful and kind and tried their best to communicate. I asked for the lady's name so i can write a great review for her .Mona was super super kind and helped a lot . Definitely a highly recommended place for printing!
