I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at the Diora. I was so in love with their collection that I ended up getting not 1, but 2 dresses. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, without ever being pushy: just great advice and encouragement. One of my favorite parts was that I never felt pressured. I was free to explore, take my time and enjoy the moment. The team suggested a dress that they thought would suit me, and they were absolutely right! I felt so beautiful in it. Another huge plus for me: I came with my partner to try on dresses and unlike other salons where we weren’t even allowed in together, Diora welcomed us with open arms. There was no judgment, just kindness and inclusivity. Even when I came back for fittings, everything was smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Csilla, who made every moment feel personal and easy. I was a little nervous at first because Diora is such an exclusive salon, but I truly didn’t need to be. If you’re looking for a beautiful dress and experience, Diora is the best place. Highly recommended!

My booked timeslot got cancelled in the last minute and they were not helpful whatsoever when I explained I was travelling from abroad. I commented on this poor customer service and the owner wrote an arrogant and snorky text. Good idea introducing new, luxury brands to the country, but they are not professional enough to be able to provide the required level of service. edit: quite a bit of 5 star reviews do come from the owner and her family...watch out for this salon

I had a really terrible experience at this salon. I was initially greeted really kindly, but as the appointment went on, the attendant became more rude. I said that I would like a more simple dress (which to be fair is not the "vibe" at Diora) and the attendant told me that I was being "too fussy" and that it would be hard to get a dress that would please me. When I found a dress that was okay (I would need a few alterations on the neckline), she tried to pressure me into buying it because "you can't buy it if someone else wants to rent it after you". However, I was willing to buy a brand new dress, so this point was invalid and she admitted it when I pointed it out. She also asked me if I had any other appointments and when I told her where I was going she said "oh you won't find any dresses there. They have all clown dresses and that isn't your style". She tried to go to the salon in the same building (Royal), which I knew before my visit was owned by the same people so I decided not to go there. Turns out I found my dream dress at the salon she told me that I would hate and it was cheaper BRAND NEW than the quote that she gave me for a dress that would be worn by 2 women before

I went to the Diora Bridal Store with my Fiancé from the United States with the intention to buy a bridal gown. The Diora store and all its interior design are beautiful. Their selection of bridal dresses is very impressive. The two girls, on the other hand, who work there have a nasty, uninviting and snobby attitude. My fiancé and I were nicely presented and entered the store with excitement and good spirit. The two girls treated us very low with a snobby attitude. They were not helpful at all. Whenever I asked a simple question about a dress the girl who was supposed to help me gave me a scornful reply “why do you want o know that?”. The whole atmosphere and the two girls’ attitude were very uninviting to say the least. The two girls had no customer focused mindset. We felt very unwelcomed and couldn’t wait to leave the store. Too bad that such an exquisite bridal dress store in Budapest employs such unfriendly and unprofessional staff. We left the Diora store empty handed and have no intention to ever return there or recommend this bridal store to any future brides. On a positive note, we went to the other bridal dress store, the Royal Classic, that is close by and belongs to t
