Avoid this place – Dishonest service Extremely poor experience. I specifically asked for a carton of Marlboro Red and paid for it. Only after the transaction was completed did the clerk hand me Marlboro Gold. When I immediately pointed out the mistake, I was told they were out of Reds. They refused to exchange them or refund my money, despite it being their mistake. The staff (bald gentleman) was incredibly rude and started ignoring me completely after taking my money. This felt like a deliberate scam. Do yourself a favor and buy your tobacco elsewhere.

Szánalmas kiszolgálás. Az eladó rendkívül arrogáns és teljesen következetlen: egyik nap mindenféle kérdés nélkül kiszolgál, másnap pedig hirtelen megtagadja az eladást egy nevetséges ürüggyel. Ilyen viselkedéssel és a vásárlók teljes lenézésével igazán itt lenne az ideje, hogy más szakmát keressen magának. Ha megnézzük, kinek ad el néha, és kinek nem, komolyan elgondolkodunk, milyen logika alapján dolgozik. A kereskedelemhez legalább egy kis tisztelet és józan ész kellene… ezekből pedig itt nyoma sincs.

Lady working here was rude. I saw her standing outside smoking when I approached and she made a sour face and cursed in hungarian. I told her it’s not a problem, i can wait for her to finish. Except then she started a second and talking to neighbors and a line of customers formed for all this:)

A venasszony lehetne kicsit kedvesebb,csak úgy süt róla a gonoszság és a rosszindulat,pofavagasban ötös,ha nincs aprom már nem jár egy köszönés sem! Borzasztó,a nagyképű lányával együtt,mellesleg a mama folyamatosan “elfelejt” visszaadni!

Being charged 7,000 (20x350 ft) ft instead of 6,000 ft for 2 blocks of 10 BKK tickets, which price is clearly indicated on the block tickets. When we confronted the cashier, she refused to acknowledge the correct price.
