Mindenki normális és jófej, kedvesek az eladók. Én pl tekerős cigarettát, szívok, sok dohányboltban nem tudják milyen papírt vagy filtert említek és magyarazni kell, itt szerencsére nem!

Határozottan pozitív tapasztalatom van. A tegnapi nap folyamán tértem be egy készülékcserére, mert sajnos megadta magát a készülékem. Hogy úgymondjam a csere végig jó hangulatban telt, nem éreztem egy percig sem feszélyezve magam, vagy kellemetlen tehernek, hogy ezzel kell szórakoznia az eladónak. Tőlem csak 5 csillag. :)

Ma bementem, mert vásároltam ott egy készüléket, ami elromlott. Egy olyan bunkó eladónő állt a pult mögött, aki szájhuzogatva, flegmán közölte, hogy nincs kompetenciája kicserélni. Miért ilyen eladókat alkalmaznak, vagy miért nem adnak nekik minden tramzakcióra engedélyt. Siralmas ez a bolt! Nálam mínusz 3 az értékelés.

Nullát nem tudok adni, pedig azt kellene nekik! Be szerettem volna menni delutan, de a “kedves” elado hölgy aki kint cigizett rámkiabált, hogy most Ö van ès várjam meg amíg elszívja a cigit…. Legalabb 5 percig álltam ott amíg Ö bőszen telefonozott. Köszönöm de nem!!!
