He took the money, did some work, and did not finish what he promised in writing. I would be careful if I were you. This lawyer is not reliable. My answer to his comment: your answer shows further bad faith, and you know it. You have your emails confirming what you will do, and the emails confirming that you changed your mind. Not professional at all, especially with someone working with you from abroad. I suggest foreigners to be careful.
