Deeply disappointed by the service here. It feels like this dealership relies on its size without actually caring about customers. Between the hard-to-reach location, the unresponsive staff who don't return calls, and the lack of flexibility, it is an exhausting experience. ​My experience was poor from the start. Scheduling test drives was a struggle; one representative never even bothered to return my calls or emails. When I arrived for my appointment, the communication was lacking, and the staff seemed siloed by brand, making it difficult to get information across their different offerings. ​The most disappointing part, however, was the treatment of my wife and me. When my wife arrived to join the test drive, the representative was visibly annoyed, asking loudly, "She’s coming with us too?" Moreover, he did not offer her a seat in the front. ​Furthermore, despite the dealership being open until 17:00, we were met with resistance when asking for a 10-minute test drive at 16:10, with staff claiming they were "finished" for the day. The vehicle was brought to this location as it was, at the time, the only Tesla-approved body shop in the area. The initial goal was to repair a front bumper under insurance coverage. However, additional work was carried out without prior notice, quotation, or approval, and the extra charges only became apparent upon receiving the final invoice. Afterward, the external speaker—responsible for the horn and pedestrian warning system—was found disconnected, creating a significant safety concern. When this was reported, the shop denied responsibility. Following further insistence, they re-examined the car and claimed no issue was present. A subsequent inspection at an official Tesla service center confirmed that the speaker had indeed been disconnected and that the bumper had been installed incorrectly. The Tesla service team recommended returning to Duna Auto for correction. Communication with staff during this process was frequently discourteous and defensive. Overall, the experience reflected a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability.

When on holiday in Budapest, the check engine light from my Alfa turned on. Duna auto helped me by running the diagnose (fault lamba) and resetted the engine light so i could take the car back home. Nice people, good service.

My best recommendations to Duna Autó. I searched for a repair center that could take a look at my car because it sounded terrible when I drove. I phoned and the same day, they could take a looked at the car, saw that it was a bolt that was loose. No big problem and they could fix it at once. I cant speak Hungarian, but they also got someone who knew English. Many thanks Duna Autó.
