Overall the staff are not welcoming. Specially the 2 middle aged women are completely rude and can't speak a word in English. It's shocking because most of their customers are foreigner. The customer service in such an expensive famous shoe shop brand is unbelievable! I've never wrote a review about shoes store, however their ugly attitude was insanely unbelievable.

The ladies who work there are FANTASTIC, enthusiastic and helpful. I went 3 different times and all 4 saleswomen were great. So...there is a good selection of discounted shoes but not many pairs in each size. So it is not a real outlet but you can definitely find bargains.

Good outlet to check previous season's models with discounts. If there is no available size in the shop the assistants can look up availability for you in their Premier Outlet ecco.

Decent discounts, not so great varierty and only 15-20 footwear (sneakers, shoes, boots) per size. No new arrivals
