Nagyon csalódott vagyok. Telefonon felhívtam az üzletet, hogy mennyiért számítanák be a telefonomat egy másik készülék vásárlásába. Azt mondták, ezt csak személyesen tudják megmondani, ezért bementem a Csepel Plázában lévő üzletbe. Ott átnézték a telefonomat, és azt mondták, hogy 25 000 Ft-ot tudnak érte adni. Hazamentem, majd később újra felhívtam őket, hogy melyik telefont szeretném megvenni. Ekkor már teljesen mást mondtak, és közölték, hogy semennyiért sem veszik át a készüléket. Számomra ez nagyon megbízhatatlan hozzáállás. Feleslegesen utaztam be az üzletbe, majd később megváltoztatták azt, amit személyesen mondtak. Én ezt nem tartom korrekt ügyfélkezelésnek, ezért nem tudom ajánlani az üzletet.

The best mobile phone repair service I have ever visited. Marci was the guy who helped me; he was very pleasant and helpful. We came in with a problem, and he resolved it efficiently, he was delightful. I highly recommend him and hope he gets plenty of customers.

Meglepően gyors és korrekt áron volt a kijelző és akkumlátorcsere. Nem utolsó sorban a pultos lány is kedves, mosolygós volt. Csak ajánlani tudom 😊

Bevittem a fiam Poco F7 pro telefonját, hogy az általam hozott MATT képernyővédőt legyenek kedvesek felrakni rá. A fiatalember vetett rá egy pillantást és azt mondta, hogy el lett cseszve a fólia vágása mert nincs meg a perforáció középen, és a matt fólia védőn amúgy sem működik az ujjlenyomat olvasó. Csodálkoztam, mert nem egy olcsó fólia volt, és mivel nem ez az első fólia felrakásom - csak nem volt kedvem vele foglalkozni - neki ugrottam és felraktam. Tájékoztatásul, ha más is vinne ilyen fóliát. Van perforáció csak le kell venni a külső vastag fehér fóliát ami az egészet védi, illetve tökéletesen működik vele az ujjlenyomat olvasó. Köszönöm, hogy spórolt nekem 2500 forintot, és eszembe juttatta, hogy ne legyek lusta, amit magam is meg tudok csinálni azt ne bizzam "szakemberre".
