I had a very good experience while purchasing my engagement ring at this store. Mónika was really helpful and welcoming. She explains everything and also gives you advices you with what is suitable for you. Also she speaks English which helps a lot as a foreigner. I definitely recommend.

The shop doesnt have a lot of real samples, only dummy samples which made it really hard to understand if it was worthy to get a certain piece. The guy (sales assistant) didnt ask our preferences/situation in terms of budget, stones, etc. We spend 5 mins in the shop, it was enough to make a conclusion it was not our place to get jewelry from. The were too many people in the store who had nothing to do but looking at guests with a snobbish evaluating look which was also a factor to leave that place immediately.
