If you only speak English this guy is great. The only bad reviews left on here are people that don’t look good with or without a haircut. Only 18 USD. Great lil shop.

One of the best places you can choose in town. The owner is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the surroundings are stylish, comfortable, and well maintained. 🤙🏼

He's skilled and professional. I showed him a photo of the style I wanted and it's exactly what I got. If you're an English speaker like myself, he understands well. In addition, he is really good value. I highly recommend this place and I'm very particular when it comes to a cut.
