Kristófhoz 2025-ben fordultam egy krónikus váll-bicepsz fájdalom miatt, aminek a pontos okát több, különböző ortopédiai vizsgálattal sem sikerült kideríteni. A kezelés során Kristóf gyorsan rájött, hogy az egyik lapockám rossz pozíciója okozza a problémát. Így a kezelések mellé gyógytorna gyakorlatokat is kaptam, amelyek megerősítették a kérdéses területet, illetve segítettek, hogy a helyes tartásra oda tudjak figyelni. Egy kb. fél évig tartó szenvedésnek segített véget vetni, aminek a hátterét nélküle nem sikerült volna felfedni. Kiváló szakember, nagyon alapos tudással és nagy körültekintéssel, ami manapság ritka. Csak ajánlani tudom.

I had nagging hip pain that refused to go away. A couple of sessions with Kristóf fixed me up and my hip pain never returned.

I went to therapy session with Kristóf around 10 times in 2025. He is very professional, the prices are fair and he helped me with my knee and hip problems quite a lot. I would strongly recommend Kristóf.

Kristóf is one Physio who really understands how to solve pain. Years of plantar fasciitis gone after just a few sessions. Every time I go, there is an improvement in my symptoms after years of neglect and screen time. Also speaks perfect English (and German) for my fellow Hungarian challenged speakers. Fascial manipulation can be an intense treatment, but the results have been more than worth it for me. Highly recommend !

Kristóf is a highly educated, professional therapist in whose hand I feel safe. I always turn to him whenever I have some pain from overuse in workouts or hiking. He always finds the right spots to treat and though I can feel tenderness after the treatment for a few days, my pain will for sure go away. I highly recommend him if you have any problem.
