Staff members could barely speak any English. Half of the staff inside was broken, another half just didn’t make any sense or was not in a logical order. Guys, you better pay a little extra but go to another one

We went to the Star Wars themed room and the puzzles were underwhelming. Many of the props didn’t work, leaving us unsure if we were missing something, only to be told by the guide that we were actually right but the mechanism just wasn’t functioning. The Force was definitely not with this room. The best part is that it wasn’t my birthday we were celebrating.

Came for Star Wars. Now I’m determined to start a 1 star war. This place is terrible. Don’t waste your money here. Nothing worked and the receptionist was overwhelmed working all the rooms at the same time so we stood there with nothing happening. He was trying his best. Poor guy.

Very dated property. Looking at older reviews is disappointing, as it seems things haven't changed in many, many years i.e improvements have not been made. I went into the Back to the Present room (note little attempt was made to make a connection to the film) last week in a group of 7 guys. The room said max 10, but it should be max 5. Two very small rooms, very uncomfortable for 1 and 30 mins. The entrance between them is not suitable, for taller or larger individuals. It took us 15 mins to contact the game master for a hint, walkie talkies didn't work, I actually had to call the website number, and a man not at the property had to call the front desk. The game master, later apologised but throughout the whole process lacked enthusiasm. It's a shame because the room was challenging and interesting, but wholly inadequate for our group size.

Escape Zone offers a refreshingly different escape room experience, with ingenious puzzles and creatively designed labyrinths that genuinely challenge and excite. The scenarios are unique and engaging, ensuring a memorable adventure every time. Our game operator was incredibly helpful and insightful, adding positively to our overall experience. However, some puzzles showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance or updates, as they felt a bit outdated. Additionally, a few puzzles lacked clear clues, resulting in more trial-and-error guessing rather than logical problem-solving. Overall, Escape Zone is definitely worth visiting for its originality and thrill factor, especially if you're looking for something different and engaging. A little more care in puzzle maintenance would elevate the experience even further.
