The emergency system is terrible. We came in for a urinary tract infection and ended up waiting 8 hours for them to prescribe an antibiotic. It was truly chaotic!

I want to extend my thanks to the doctors, nurses and surgeons who helped with my appendix removal and recovery. I was in a room on the 4th floor for 5 days, my surgery for appendicitis took place 24 hours after I was admitted (it wasn't about to explode, but was swollen and getting worse). Hungarian isn't my first language, but there were enough English speakers to help me understand the process, and those I chatted with in Hungarian were friendly and helpful and I could appreciate how hard they were working, particularly with patients in far worse condition than I. I don't know if the building had been recently renovated, but everything was clean, modern and comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. I was in a state of panic when I first entered the hospital, as I was told there would be a 10-12 hour wait before I could even see anyone - this turned out not to be true - there was a lot of waiting and tests on the first night, but the doctors/nurses/ultrasound were friendly and sympathetic. At the time I didn't know I would need surgery or to stay for 4 nights (neither did the doctors, as they had to wait for blood test, urine and ultrasound results), so I would recommend telli

Terrible place. In the cardiology ward, patients are afraid of one of the nurses. You don't know where the doctors are, you can't get any information. At the internal medicine ward, on the 6th floor the nurses are more decent, but the doctor is a nightmare.

I was at the laboratory. It was very professional and staff is very nice and helpful. Great experiences plus they speak English.

Mother got sick while on holiday. This hospital admitted and treated her quickly and professionally. Some of the quickest medical care I have ever seen. The doctor was very friendly and informative and had great English.
