This pharmacy is true to the famous Hungarian non-customer service. There are nasty, unfriendly people working behind the counter, supposedly serving people who may be feeling ill and feeling unwell as it is. As a dual Hungarian citizen who doesn’t live in Hungary, I could not obtain a simple antibiotics prescription from my dentist after a major surgery. True, he couldn’t give me an official prescription because I don’t have a “TAJ” number. So he gave me a piece of paper with his name and number on it. As it is done in most other countries, the pharmacy, if they would’ve been helpful, would’ve called the dentist to verify the prescription. But of course, in this country, in this supposedly high-end shopping center, in this pharmacy with exorbitant prices couldn’t do it. Instead, the nasty woman behind the counter gave me a lecture on how it’s not her job to call the dentist. Like, what am I going to use the antibiotics for? Is it an opioid or some kind of restricted drug? It’s a simple antibiotic! And I really needed it. So thank you for nothing and wasting my time and being nasty to me. I shall never return.

This is for the clerk with huge loop earrings ... just because you raise your voice, then shout the same phrase: "Mivel tartozunk," for someone whose Hungarian is a second language, it does not translate well. For one, it is not how you supposed to ask, second you should be considerate for those might do not speak your jargon ... or you could be more educated to come up with a different phrase, like: "Miben segíthetek? Mivel szolgálhatok? Mit parancsol hölgyem v. uram?" etc. Very sad to see such stupidity at your store being tolerated!

Ladies working here are incredibly kind and so lovely people! The pharmacy itself is very clean, modern, spacious and well-organized. The location is perfect; it is allocated within the MOM PARK, so the parking is also accessible in the garage. I highly recommend the pharmacy to anyone. 👍
