Avoid this place like the plague. Seriously, only exchange money here if it is a literal matter of life and death. The service is beyond rude, they’ll straight-up refuse to serve you and claim they don't have enough cash in the drawer. Plus, the rates are absolute trash. Don't waste your time.

Very, very unkind stuff. It is not first time he behaves like that. It is an older man, and I understand that maybe he is tired, but he does not need to put his frustration to the customers. He started saying bad words in Hungarian (because he thought I did not understand because I am foreigner). I think after this many reviews you should think about employing someone who would work properly and behave accordingly. I hope I will not get a reply “we will investigate it”, because I see that you did not do anything for months and months🥺

I changed HRK to HUF, the website of Exclusive change showed 50 HUF for 1 HRK, they even have a calculator for the exchange, but in the shop the rate was 48 HUF for 1 HRK, the employee was out for lunch in the opening time and of course he was saying "He doesn't use the Internet rate". Go there if you want to lose money and have a bad experience at the same time!

It is not the best place to change money - comission expensive - but it is what you have around/in an emergency.
