A Fermento autentikus nápolyi pizzéria Budán, az I. kerületben.

Pizzatésztánkat 72 órán át érleljük, és 450 fokon, 60 másodperc alatt sütjük: kívül roppan, belül légiesen puha, és nem fekszi meg a gyomrod.

A Fior di Latte mozzarella, a San Marzano paradicsom és a szalámi hetente kétszer jön frissen Nápolyból. Az étlapon vegán pizzák, calzonék, saláták és olasz desszertek is várnak.

Alapítónk, Miki a szakmát Nápolyban tanulta, Fábio Cristiano pizzamester keze alatt. Fábio évente eljön hozzánk, megkóstolja a pizzánkat, és elismerő táblával igazolja: kiérdemeltük. A Dining Guide Budapest tíz legjobb pizzázója közé sorolt minket.

I have ordered regular margarita, it was quite good, you are feeling every tastes that must come from a normal pizza. But ı gotta day, because there are not many table, reservation is absolutely necessary. Home made Ice Tea was good, definetely you should try it.

The best Neapolitan pizza outside of Italy. Make a detour! This is a hidden gem! Killer pizza and absolutely great service.

Awesome find here in Buda. A short walk from the Park Plaza Hotel where we were staying and it did not disappoint. The pizzas were excellent and the wine also. Highly recommend.
