A webshopuk is problémákkal küzd.

Nem régen vásároltam egy Hammer stepper gépet, melynek során sok segítséget kaptam Roland nevü ügyintézőtől. Aki minden hasznos dolgot elmondott. Nagyon kedves volt, ezt külön köszönöm. A szállítás nagyon gyors volt. A termékkel teljesen elégedett vagyok. Csak ajánlani tudom.

I paid 50 USD for "installation". They came here, tore open the package, put it in the created space, and then announced that they were done. After that, I drew their attention to the fact that this is not why I paid the extra for the installation, and I also drew their attention to the fact that the belt is not in the center of the upper belt guide cylinder. ( Which is what tensions and guides the belt.) I turned on the machine and walked on it for a few minutes, of course the belt did not return to its intended place. Then they started to explain that my strides were crocked, and that this is why the belt is in the wrong place. Let’s not forget that the belt was and remained in the same place where it was when they took it out of the box. Interestingly, there was no problem with this in their showroom. (Guess they took the time to properly adjust those!) They pocketed around 50 USD and then left, I didn't receive an invoice for the service. I am also calling the NAV Local IRS about this fact. I wouldn't call this a setup nor a service. Since then, I have moved the treadmill to a completely horizontal position (checked it with a leveler), and the situation has not improv
