I'm working with them for years when I need to do deliveries in Hungary. I always meet high standards of service and Goodwill to do more and above they are able to. Each time I made an order with them I went out of the experience glad with the results and even when I have put some obstacles in the process, such as giving them a wrong address or other details which was incorrect, they always strive to find a way to do the best they can and put the maximum effort in solving problems that they should not even deal with. Thank you very much Patricia for everything you did for the last order that I've made with you a few days ago.

The bouquet is really low effort! dull paper wrap, no ribbon no nothing and dirty tape on the letter (even the letter is printed out it looks really bad why cant just hand write 3 sentences?) roses are not so fresh but they deliver so slow. Not good they sent email of the letter from my sender while I didn’t receive the bouquet and had to wait a lot but there’s no excitement. Already saw the letter and this low effort money grabbing bouquet👎 This can cost 5-6k outside in open market with better aesthetic wrap!!! 13k is money too and it’s not worthy for this thing Stop serving this poor. 60 years and with this performance? Hell no stop taking orders There’s plenty of shops that work with their heart.

I ordered flowers and a box of chocolates for my grandmother for Mother’s Day. I didn’t receive any order confirmation email, which I already found concerning. I tried contacting the company but received no response. On the delivery day, the flowers arrived with an open box of chocolates that had a “Happy Birthday” label on it. Inside, there was even a handwritten note saying “Happy Birthday to Marton” in Hungarian — clearly meant for someone else. I emailed the company again for an explanation but still haven’t had any reply. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this company again and would not recommend them to others.

I can only share what others said before. The ordering was smooth, the delivery was on the same day. The quality of the bouquet is unacceptable. I would NEVER order from this place again. I ordered the "Luxus" (luxury) version of the bouquet, and the website stated that the picture is between the "arany kozeput" (mid range) and the "Luxus" (luxury) version / size of the bouquet. The size may have been similar, but if I knew they going to deliver that to my mother for Mother's day, I would not have spent the 31,900Ft (or circa A$150) for that garbage. It was so embarrassing that the first thing I said to my mum on Mothers day was: I'm sorry. Do not use this business! Please see photos. One is the photo from the website, the other one is what we received as "Luxus" bouquet with full of cheap green leaves! It's a joke! Great job ripping people off! I could only wonder how the cheaper options would look like and more importantly how they would make the recipient feel like when receiving this garbage.
