Ma 2026.08.25. a Fressnapf Pólus Center üzletben szerettem volna megvásárolni egy terméket, azonban a terméken sem ár, sem vonalkód nem volt, így azt a pénztárnál nem lehetett beazonosítani. Segítséget kértem az egyik eladótól, aki nem tudott segíteni. A másik eladó pedig kifejezetten arrogáns hangnemben válaszolt, és megjegyezte, hogy ő éppen áruátvételt végez. Úgy érzem, ez nem megfelelő hozzáállás egy vásárlóval szemben. Szeretném megkérdezni: valóban a vásárló hibája, hogy vonalkód nélküli termék kerül a polcra? A vevő joggal várja el, hogy a kihelyezett termékek azonosíthatók és megvásárolhatók legyenek, és hogy segítségkérés esetén udvarias kiszolgálásban részesüljön. Csalódott vagyok a tapasztalt bánásmód miatt, és bízom benne, hogy a jövőben nagyobb figyelmet fordítanak az ilyen helyzetek kezelésére.

A Mai napon 2026.07.23-án vásároltam a kiskutyámnak. A pénztárnál jeleztem hogy a beütött ár és a kiirt nem egyezik meg. A pénztáros hölgy megnézte és nyugtázta hogy igazam van. Szolt az üzletvezetőnek aki közölte hogy az akció lejárt 19-én. Mondtam rendben de ez az ár van kiírva. Ekkor lekezelően, bunkó mondom közölte hogy így jártam 19-n lejárt az akció Ő nem tud mit tenni. Mondom ez jo csak akkor ez a vásárló megtévesztése, és amúgy sem az én hibám ha ők nem végzik a munkájukat. Ha 19-én lejárt az akció ma 23a van, szóval négy napig nem volt 2 perce hogy leszedje a piros kis cetliket. Amit egyből leszedett hogy szóvá tettem. És a hibája elismerése helyett ezek szerint az a magatartás hogy nekitámad a vásárlónak. Ezek után kerülni fogom az üzletet.

A szőke hajú hölgy nagyon kedves, többször is visszaköszönt nekünk, belépéskor és a pénztárnál is! Majd türelmesen megvárta a pénztárnál amíg a 12kg táp mellé jutalomfalaltot választottunk, közben beszélgetett velünk, és ajánlott akciós levest is a kasszánál, amit elfogadtunk! Érdemes kiemelni, hogy megkérdezte hogy szeretnénk e bankkártya slipet(papírt), a környezet védelem miatt fontosnak tartjuk ezt, így mi nem kértük! (Sehol nem szoktuk!Kevesebb így a papír pazarlás, mivel már megkapunk minden ilyesmit online)!

Az eladók nagyon kedvesek türelmesek, segítőkészek. Szívesen megyek újra. A választék nagyon nagy. Így láttam minden kategóriában van Akciós termék is.
