Negyed órája itt körözök, hogy hátha megjelenik egy kiszolgáló, de semmi. Kasszában sincs semmi, amit ellophatna valaki? Bár való igaz, ha nincs kiszolgálás, úgy üres marad...vagy önkiszolgáló üzlet lenne?

Ma nagyon kellemetlen élményben volt részünk a Fruitissimóban. A kisfiammal és a barátnőmmel szerettünk volna inni és fagyizni, ezért beálltunk a sorba több más vendéggel együtt. Hosszú várakozás után a pultnál dolgozó hölgy kiabálva közölte, hogy még két embert kiszolgál, de utána senkit, mert neki vécére kell mennie és szemetet kivinni, ami szerinte minimum egy órát vesz igénybe, ezért mindenki menjen el. Úgy gondolom, ezt sokkal kulturáltabban és udvariasabban is lehetett volna jelezni, főleg miután már többen sorban álltunk és vártunk. Különösen sajnálom, mert más Fruitissimo üzletben szinte minden nap vásárolok, de ez a mai viselkedés teljesen elfogadhatatlan volt egy vendéglátóhelyen. (2026.03.11. Kb. 18:30 körül ha esetleg a kamerát visszanèznè az üzletvezető)

We came at 19.30 and were refused to buy an icecream for a child as the lady told they are closed even though it should work until 20.00. Horrible attitude!
