I visit this place every few months; I recently moved to Budapest and trying to make my house more like a home with some plants. I mainly buy the soil here. The ladies don’t speak English but they ALWAYS find a way to communicate and assist and they’re lovely, kind and always happy to help even when I have the most silly questions as I’m rubbish with plants and just trying to do my best to keep them alive. All the plants look healthy and my partner always chose them to deliver me some flowers. Not an expert in plants for sure, but this shop is lovely and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I came to the place to buy flowers for my wife. Despite their working hours, the place was closed and nobody answered my call.

Unfortunately, my experience with this florist was very disappointing. Although their working hours start at 9:00, I arrived earlier (around 8:30) and politely asked if I could place an order for a bouquet to pick up later, as I was in a rush. The staff, who were already in the shop, declined my request with noticeable disinterest. When I returned at 9:30, the bouquet they prepared was far below expectations. The arrangement was poorly crafted, and the finishing touch—wrapping the bouquet with crumpled paper and stapling it—was unprofessional and careless. The price of 17,800 HUF for a bouquet of three flowers seems excessive, even though I am not entirely familiar with local pricing. Overall, the service and quality did not justify the time or money spent. I would not recommend this florist.
