This is the worst health insurance I have ever bought. My insurance in one of the expensive ones, and since it got started (5 months ago!!!) I couldn’t receive a single lab test recommended by their doctor, and an ultrasound that was recommended by their doctor. Here are 2 schemes that they use: 1) they make an appointment to a certain test, and when you come to the medical center, they tell you that Generali “didn’t send the letter” that they will pay for it. And you have to pay the fee for refusing to go through with it! You call Generali right away. They say: “we didn’t mean to send the letter, who told you that?” (They did) Or “We don’t know, please call us back in 2 business days” 2) doctor makes a suggestion to go to a lab test, Generali replies “we have to think about it, we will call you back” Weeks pass, no call, you call them yourself, and they tell you the same things: “we don’t know, it’s complicated” or “my supervisor is away”, or “the system is not functioning well today”. Either way, you will not get a single lab test or ultrasound from them, they will do everything in their power to not let you get the help you need.

This is a scam company. I bought health insurance for my dad, but he was hospitalized during the contract period. I applied for compensation from them, and they said they would transfer the money to my account within 30 days. I waited for nearly 50 days, but there was no progress. I asked them again, but they said they refused to pay the claim and would increase the cost. She said they have the right to change the insurance cost at will. It's unbelievable. Is the signed contract just a piece of waste paper???? Please stay away from here!!!!!!

I have a sick child at home with a 40.5-degree temperature, and they are sending me messages to book an appointment on my own. When I tried to do that, nothing was available and writes that the agent would contact me in the next 3 business days. We are okay, thank God, but after almost 2 weeks of recovery, they still haven't called. I don't recommend this insurance company to anyone.

Dr peter is very kind and polite Even I don't speak Hungarian he help me and check my eyes and sight I really recommend
