Mindig kedves,segítőkész alkalmazottak.Ha éppen nincsen a szokásos gyógyszerem,már azon a napon du.-án, vagy másnap reggelre behozatják.Ha pedig valamelyik hiánycikk,akkor segítenek a megfelelő helyettesítő gyógyszer kiválasztásában,hatóanyagokra való tekintettel.De recept nélküli termékeknél is segítenek kiválasztani személyre szabottan a megfelelőt.👋👍⭐️😊

Ismét bizonyítottak a Gizella patika gyógyszerész hölgyei! El sem tudom mondani mennyire hálás vagyok mindannyiójuknak az évek alatt nyújtott rengeteg jótanácsért, segítségért, segítőkészségért. Ilyen patika nincs több a kerületben, de még szerintem Budapesten sem. Szívesen adnak tanácsot akár telefonon is de személyesen is. Mintha ebben a patikában ki lennének válogatva azok a gyógyszerészek, patikusok akik nem csak munkának hanem hivatásnak is tekintik a szakmájukat! És néha (sokszor) hasznosabb az ő véleményük,tanácsuk mint egy orvosé! Saját tapasztalatból írom. Isten tartsa meg őket jó egeszséget kívánok! ❤️ KÖSZÖNET és HÁLA mindenért!

Gyulladt szemre igenis jó a kamillás borogatás, ehhez nem kell patikusnak lenni hogy tudjuk, mégis ellenjavallták. A szemcsepp ellenben irritáló volt a gyulladásra amit ajánlottak, konkrétan csípett.

Egy kb 60000 ft-os vásárlásnál kb 15000 Ft - al probaltak átverni.... Egyszerűen túlszamlazták azon tételeket amiket ritkábban kérnek naluk. Az igazsághoz hozzá tartozik ,hogy amikor észrevettem a számlán ,hogy ireális a tétel ára visszamentem reklamálni. Elismerték,de össze-vissza beszéltek , próbálták hülyére venni..pedig még az üzletvezetővel is egyeztettem... A visszajárót végül kivette a kasszából es " pult alatt " adta vissza . Nem volt szla stornozás vagy ilyesmi .. Mivel kilátástalannak láttam tovább harcolni, ezért inkább otthagytam őket és azóta olyan helyre járok ,ahol becsületesek.. Javaslom messziről kerülni,mert előbb utóbb bárkivel eljátszahatják... Külön köszönöm a KULCS patikák hozzáállását ,akik miután elmondtam mi a probléma a hálózatuk egyik boltjával semmit nem léptek..
