We visit these doctors for 2 years now (my old dog needs special treatment several times a year + standard vaccination, examination, teeth problem once). Both doctors and who work with them are very attentive and helpful. I set my appointments online on the website and once we had an emergency and went there without a booking but still got the chance to see a doctor. Just recently the space (park) in front of the clinic was renovated so it is also nice to wait outside if your pet does not like other pets (like my grumpy dog)

Docs are very kind and professional. They always listen carefully and provide advise and immediate help. My dog is always treated gently and respectfully despite she is really afraid to go to the vet. They also helped my cat and basically brought him back from the other side of the rainbow. I highly recommend the place, prices are reasonable too ! Many thanks !

I waited with my kitten for an hour, without any information, any interaction. After an hour of waiting I left, because I didn't know what I'm waiting for. There was no queue. There were 2 people. This place needs a receptionist and organization.
