I was looking for a life insurance. The representative showed me the available deals what I was looking for and also showed me what other options are available on the market which could be a better deal for me. The initial contact was done by phone, than e-mail, than video chat. Throughout the whole process it was very transparent, I didn`t have the feeling that I have been pushed to select the certain product. Overall, very good experience, highly recommended to anyone who need this type of service.

Friendly staff, easy to find location, nice environmental, professional advisor. Felt was treated well and got a professional but friendly advise and help to find the package what suits me the most. I can only recommend my advisor Móricz Miklós.

Norbert Ban is very knowledgeable. On the rare occasion he doesn't immediately know something he quickly finds the answer. He gives great advice clearly in his client's best interest, regardless of whether he, himself, benefits. Norbert always follows through on any promise made. For those clients who only speak English Norbert is the perfect consultant as Norbert's English is very good.

Viktoria was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive, walking me through the various options and helping me find the best private insurance package for me. She also helped me find a temporary solution while I was applying for immigration even before working for a more fixed policy (with no guarantee that I'd follow up after) -- and she didn't try to upsell me on a package I didn't need. I definitely recommend Grantis as a professional and trustworthy insurance brokerage. Also, Viktoria worked with me in English throughout, and even got me 90% of the paperwork in English (and held my hand for the Hungarian parts). I almost never write reviews, but this experience was outstanding!
