Korrekt kereskedő, igazán nagy árukészlettel, rugalmas és profi szállítással.

A képen kompletten szerepelt egy tetőszellőző. Telefon megrendeltem és az árajánlatban, amit e-mailben elküldtek, nem tűnt fel (nem értek a tetőjavításhoz), hogy nem a teljes szett szerepel. A DPD csomagküldő szolgálat a címet elrontotta, így három hetet kellett várnom, míg megérkezett. Amikor kibontottam, azt láttam, hogy nem sérült, de a színe sötétbarna, amit telefonon percekig egyeztettünk, hogy biztosan olyat küldjön, ami a Toscana színhez párosul. Majd amikor a szakember megérkezett, rákérdezett, hogy hol van belőle a műanyag alapcserép? Megnéztem a számlát és az árajánlatot, valóban külön ez nem szerepelt azokon, így külön kellett megrendelnem máshonnan, ami jelentősen megnövelte a költségeket. Mindezek miatt még megreklamálni sem tudom, mert az a kép, ami miatt megrendeltem, már a honlapon nem érhető el. Figyelmetlenség, hosszú szállítás, kellemetlenségek. A pozitív, hogy az ügyintéző segítőkész volt, amikor a csomag érkezéséről érdeklődtem.

Nagyon sokszor vásároltam már, de minden kóstolót termék felül múlta az elvárásonat. Tepertőről nem beszélve, friss és isteni.

Zökkenőmentesen ment az árajánlat kérés (köszönjük Angéla). A megbeszéltek szerint, rugalmas időpontban történt a kiszállítás. Kedvesek voltak telefonon keresztül, az irodában a fizetésnél és a kiszállítás során is. Tudtunk SZÉP kártyával fizetni és a maradék építőanyagot is korrekt áron visszavették. Pozitív a tapasztalatunk. Köszönjük!
