A fantastic place to eat with a wide variety of options to choose from. The main dishes are served almost instantly, which makes the experience even better. Opting for the refillable drinks menu is definitely worth it and highly recommended. While the churros take a bit longer to arrive, they are absolutely worth the wait. Overall, a great dining experience

Their hot sauce is excellent, flavorful and very spicy. The beef I chose for both the burrito and taco was well-marinated. However, the dishes weren’t quite to my preference since they were served cold. It would’ve been great if they had been served hot. Perhaps they do offer that option, but I wasn’t informed and didn’t think to ask. I had simply assumed, as with most other Mexican restaurants, that the food would be served hot and the burrito would be wrapped neatly.

Tasty and generous Mexican fast food with huge portions and great flavors. We love coming here, but be prepared for a long wait during lunch — we queued for almost 30 minutes this time, which was longer than usual. Normally it’s around 15 minutes. Watch out for the extra hot sauce — it’s seriously spicy! Still, the food makes it worth it.

Unique food on Budapest map. Really recommended place to try! You can create you own combination of what you like. Especially I recommend burrito with chicken black beans and green garlic sauce. Interior also is bringing to me a Mexican vibe.

We went to Gringos Amigos for having a lunch with a friend on Saturday afternoon. The guy at front didn't seem to be enthusiastc about his job, just doing the most necessary interactions in very plain way. So the first impression has been lost that day. At least he hasn't been rude. :-) The other staff members have been a little bit nicer. I like their burrito. And you can choose what ingrediens you want. Three types of meat, two types of rice and beans, etc. And that's great for me, because I can eat it without dairy products. They offer menu. You pay extra 300 HUF for soft drinks, and you can fill your cup as many times as you want. The burrito menu costed 4090 HUF. It would be great if they put cards on the tanks about the drink: what is it and what are the ingredients for dietary purposes. The place is nice and the prices are OK. As for a fastfood restaurant it is quite cosy. Overall it's a good choice to eat out.
