Brigi is a wonderful hairstylist! She gave me exactly what I asked for and the result couldn’t be any better. I can gladly recommend her services!

I don't like to visit hairdressers because usually the result is slightly different from what I expect, but now due of a formal event I had to check in. And frankly I might come back frequently not only because of the hair but for the atmosphere as well. Keep it up, y'all!

Not the most pleasant experience. The hairdresser was a little arrogant and not made me feel understood and he made fun of me for choosing a picture of the desired hair because he thought it was not suitable for my hair type. He made some comments that my hair was not curly at all and brushed it very harshly. It was somewhat humiliating and being a service provider I would expect much more emotional intelligence from them. I had some bad cuts before on my hair because the hairdressers were not experts on curly hair (I have 2B/2C). I went to H’air specifically because they are supposed to be experts but it was not my experience. My cut more or less is okay, but definitely not something I am proud to wear. The picture I showed as a reference is far from it (even though I know my texture is different). The overall experience was not something I would want to go through again.
