An excellent choice. A spectacular place with outstanding quality, both in the flavor and presentation of the dishes. The waitress who looked after us was an absolute delight. We still need to try the ramen, but we’re sure we’ll be back for it. I highly recommend this place.

A small, intimate ramen spot in downtown Budapest with a speakeasy style atmosphere and genuinely warm, attentive service. Tucked quietly away from the city’s bustle, it creates an ideal setting for a refined dinner date night. The food is exceptional with flavors that stand out for their originality and restraint. This is not typical, mainstream ramen. The combinations are experimental yet carefully balanced, creating bold but harmonious layers that may feel unfamiliar at first, but are exactly what make it so memorable. I recommend ordering Tonkotsu Ramen which has a rich, creamy, deeply layered broth paired with chashu (pork), butter and subtle notes from amazake and shiro shoyu tare. It delivers a velvety depth that builds gradually with each bite. Shoyu Chix Ramen is equally impressive, featuring tender chicken thigh and breast, pickled radish and a delicate onion jam that adds a gentle sweetness and refined contrast to the savory base. Don’t miss Yuzu Lemonade. Bright, aromatic and incredibly refreshing. It provides a perfect balance to the richness of the ramen.🍜

Excellent restaurant! There were three of us, and we ordered three different types of ramen plus some appetizers. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was Dora, and I must say her service was impeccable. Highly recommended!
