Balázs Piri Balázshoz tartozom. Az asszisztense rendkívül segítőkész, kedves. Férjemnek és nekem is nagyon jó véleményem van róla.

Négy órás rendelési időben nem mehet csak úgy oda az ember, időpontot kell kérni. Ebben a négy órás időablakban legalább 2 óra, mire egyáltalán felveszi valaki a telefont. A rendelési idő második felében, meg már kényelmetlen a betegekkel foglalkozni, másodszor fordult elő, hogy telefonon kikérdezik a tüneteket, aztán az alapján írnak gyógyszert. A következő alkalom pedig a slusszpoén, amikor a rendelési idő vége előtt két és fél órával közli a helyettesítő orvos, hogy ő már csak fél órát marad, úgyhogy megint jött a telefonos gyógyítás...Ez nem beteg ellátás, amit csinálnak!

A kezelö soha nem veszi fel. Se köszöni se el köszöni nem tudnak. És ha kérdezel valamit konkrétan le köpne telefonon keresztül ad vissza a prakszist

Én Dr. Baláspirihez tartoztam itt, rá jellemzően: nem volt benn a rendelési időben, nem vette fel a telefont senki, az asszisztens rendkívül bárdolatlan, türelmetlen. Még Covid előtt közölte, hogy nem küldi fel felhőbe a receptet, mert az sok idő, menjek be a rendelésre és várjam ki a sorom. Látványosan unja és utálja a munkáját és a betegeket is.

Ne tartsanak telefont ha képtelenek kezelni!!a nagyon sokadik próbálkozás utan tisztán hallom hogy felveszi és gyotsan lerakja.. utána csak foglalt!! Elmennek a jó édes...
