Very disappointing customer service. According to their booking policy, customers must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. However, my appointment was cancelled by the spa only two hours before the scheduled time, when I was already on my way. When I called to ask for an explanation, the staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told that there were no available appointments for over a week, even though the website showed multiple available slots for the next day and the days after. Apart from a simple sorry, no compensation or alternative solution was offered. I had been looking forward to this appointment and left feeling very disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional service. Our appointment was cancelled at the last minute. After calling the store, we were told the booking would be checked and we even received a confirmation email. However, when we arrived, the store was completely closed despite being within its stated business hours. When we asked for a solution, we were told the next available appointment would only be after next week, despite multiple available slots being shown on the website. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and even suggested that we simply go elsewhere and find someone else to provide the service. The issue was not the cancellation itself, but the poor communication, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this business.
