Wrong opening times indicated. They were closed at 11am on a Wednesday. No care for people coming from far, no apologies.

Worst customer service in very long time. I bought winter shoes two days ago, used once as it started snowing and they were not good - slippery and not comfortable at all. Today I went to the shop to return them. I explained to the girl at the cashiers what the problem was, and she said that refund was not possible, instead I could choose other shoes at the same or higher price. I spent 25 minutes trying on other shoes, chose another pair and then as I went to the cashiers suddenly she said that it is not possible to exchange. She then called a colleague who came to explain that they cannot exchange the shoes as they were already used (?!). After that he told me that those winter shoes are not good for asphalt, but good for the forest... Even so, why did they tell me at first that an exchange was possible, and I wasted my time choosing other shoes? Obvious incompetence. This was the last time I was visiting a Hervis shop.

Nice, helpfull staff which is very rare in Hungarian shops! There are available top brands and also much cheaper ones. Quite big shope with many different products. On the other hand the most common sizes were out of stock in many products. There are many discounts now (30% in general and every 3rd staff free - the cheapest one).
