Egy rend szigetelő gumit vásároltam, ami sajnos nem volt elég vastag, így kb 10-15 percen belül visszavittem és nem voltak hajlandóak visszacserélni, pedig még csak rá sem lehelltem a gumira!

Sajnos nincs mínuszos pont értékelés. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Felmérés szempontjából egy kalap…. Ki se jönnek felmérni, e-mailben és telefonon (5G-vel) zajlik minden. 😟🧐 A kicserélt ajtó mellett felhólyagzott a fal, nem szigetel. 😠😡 Purhabos technológia nagyon bevált 💪 , de a szakemberek falhoz rakják, nem a levegőbe. 🤐😵‍💫😵 Ráadásul a garancia apróbetűi is őket védi és az alvállalkozójukat, akik az ország túlsó feléről jönnek majd…eccer. 🫤😐

Profi es gyors munka volt. Az ügyintézés is gyorsan és zökkenőmentesen ment. Emailben és telefonon mindenről kaptam tájékoztatást. Az üzletben is segítőkész volt a kollega. A beépítés 2 órát vett igénybe, a regi ajtót elvittek, szépen feltakarítottak maguk után. Csak ajánlani tudom. :)

Bárcsak lett volna annyi eszem, hogy itt is leellenőrzöm a visszajelzéseket mielőtt megrendelem a szolgáltatást. Sajnos nem ellenőriztem kellőképpen az ajtót a beszerelés után és másnap vettem észre hogy ferdén rakták be. Az ügyfélszolgálat Zsuzsát leszámítva abból ált, hogy próbáltak kibújni a felelősség alól és elmagyarázni miért nem lehetséges berakni egyenesen egy ajtót. Nem ajánlom őket senkinek. Főleg, hogy 80E forintot kérnek egy 2 órás munkáért. 2 csillagot csak azért kapnak mert az ajtó működik (még) gyanítom ha a garanciát kell érvényesíteni akkor is így fognak viselkedni. Azóta berakattam az ajtót egyenesen egy másik céggel és láss csodát be lehet rakni úgy is hogy szép legyen és még működik is.
