Very disappointing. Bad communication, terrible cleaning, conditioning air not working. Not recommended!

I was due to arrive for 2 nights. Then, just 1 hour before I arrive (!), I was notified of immediate cancellation and refund bc there was “no hot water in the building”. The cancellation was to all customers at that time. Never happened to me, which shows they are not inspecting the infrastructure in advance or preparing quick fix. *No formal apology, nothing.* I had to panicky book something else, fearing there won’t be a room for me.

Apartment was nice and spacious beds were much comfier than they looked! Location was very ideal, within walking distance of most attractions and restaurants/bars. However apartment wasn't the cleanest on arrival (towel was dirty). Breakfast was the same every day, filling but would have been nice to have a bit more variety for the price paid. Overall a good stay, price is more reflective of location than quality which is what we were looking for so will depend on personal preference.
