I stayed here for 1 night and it was okay but wouldn’t come back. It’s far from the center and the main Romai part attractions. It was quite and peaceful. The building’s architecture was nice and unique but old. The elevator felt like it gonna break anytime soon. We found cockroaches and the cleaning lady was killing those next door with chemicals in the morning so I got a huge headache. The pools were okay. Not that big as it looked like in the pictures. The room was okay. The balcony was big. The bathroom was okay. But the shower was clogged so everything was full with water after a shower. Breakfast was awful. We arrived little bit before 9, and all the food were almost gone. It wasn’t fresh. Bread was hard like it’s from a couple of days. Not a big selection. No desserts and there were no fruits neither. No selection for food allergies (lactose or gluten free). Wasn’t an awful stay but I wouldn’t come back for sure.

My experience with this hotel was really bad. We were first given a room for four people, but the room was unbearably hot, probably around 27°C, and the air conditioning was not working. This made our stay very uncomfortable from the beginning. We complained about the heat and were moved to another room. Although the second room was slightly better, it was still very hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioner seemed to function more like a fan. It made a lot of noise ,but did not cool the room at all. This made it almost impossible to sleep at night. I woke up sweating several times and was unable to get a proper night’s sleep. Other things that were not working: we were unable to regulate the water temperature in the shower. The water was far too hot, and even the toilet water was warm. The refrigerator was also not working. We did not enjoy the breakfast. The coffee was awful, and the sandwich toppings were left out at room temperature all morning, which made them warm and sweaty. The location is also very inconvenient for tourists visiting Budapest. To reach the city center, you need to take two buses, which takes around 45 minutes, or a taxi, which takes 20–30 minutes. My 4 days holiday at this hotel was amazing! Rooms are tidy and cozy, employees were very kind and friendly and the food was tasty. As mobility impaired person default bathtub/shower installed handle was very useful to me. I recommend you consider adding a shower chair just in case. This hotel is perfect for a city break. Keep up the good work!
