A könyveket nagyon kedvező áron lehet náluk megvásárolni, régi idők hangulatát adja vissza a bolt, ami nekem személyes kedvencem, és az eladó lány is szimpatikus.

Zárva van az ajtó, csengetni kell, hogy beengedjenek, se egy jó napot, se semmi. Elkèpesztő bunkó kiszolgálás, flegma kommunikáció. Könyvet polcról leemelni nem szabad, mert ott az eladó fiókja, ès miközben engem nèz, ellophatok valamit. Annyira sietnem kellett, hogy külön megkèrdeztem, h ez egy könyvesbolt-e egyátalán...

A könyvek jó áron vannak és van ingyenes átvételre lehetőség, de az eladó nagyon mogorva és barátságtalan.

Came to the shop today only to find it locked in the afternoon during prime opening hours. There was a sign in Hungarian but unfortunately, I don't speak the language so I rang the doorbell. I was greeted by a very unfriendly shop assistant even though I apologised for not speaking Hungarian and asked if the shop was open. Holnap's books are unnecessarily overpriced but the only architecture guides covering Hungarian artists. I didn't want to carry the book around all day so I returned later and the shop assistant was visibly annoyed once again by my presence. I asked her in particular for an English guide by Holnap on Ornaments of Hungarian Secession which she didn't even check in her computer. She plain out said "no". There was no "hello" upon entering or "goodbye". After I purchased my book I left and wished a "have a nice day". She was so miserable, rude and negative she didn't reciprocate. Someone like her should not work with customers. Zero manners. Horrible customer service unfortunately very common in Budapest.
