We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Luna. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having parking available was a big plus. The hospitality was excellent. Highly recommended!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I booked this property through Booking.com using the “free cancellation” filter, which created a clear expectation that I could cancel without losing my full payment. When I canceled several days before the stay, I was not clearly aware that I would lose 100% of the amount. This was not communicated in a sufficiently clear way during the cancellation process. We had planned this stay with my boyfriend, so this situation was both financially and personally frustrating. What made it worse is that there was no flexibility or effort from the property to resolve the issue, even though the room could potentially be resold. I understand policies exist, but transparency is just as important. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel fair.

I booked this property specifically because it was shown as FREE CANCELLATION. When I tried to cancel my reservation, it was not allowed, even though I selected it based on that condition. I contacted the property and requested help, but they clearly refused to assist or offer any solution. Despite this, the FULL amount has already been charged from my credit card. There are still 6 days before my check-in, yet no flexibility or support has been provided. This is extremely unfair — taking full payment without offering cancellation or proper service is not acceptable.

Shower keeper was broken (danger to hurt you feet on which it may stomp); breakfast was no available (but reception told us it was, no need to book it in advance); bed mattress was not even and plain. Room in general was clean, welcoming and warm. Staff and manager are not properly polite or professionally educated.
