Very disappointed with the service. The person was completely unprofessional and seemed very uninterested in helping us. It was impossible to arrange a meeting at the agreed time, and the communication was extremely rude. We also discovered that important defects had not been disclosed to us beforehand. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and we were extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

In my experience, this business was misleading. They sent photos that did not accurately represent the actual product/service. I felt misled and would advise others to be cautious before doing business with them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Too many things were wrong with the car we bought from Igor Car. After 2000kms the car died being abroad (problems with electronics that made the car stop and die, the we learned that the DPF had been deactivated from the ECU and started giving errors and making the car going into limp mode, when replaced the DPF realized that the original one had been touched everywhere and pieces of the ceramic filter were missing, the catalytic converter was wrong, turbo problems, etc...). He was nice when we first visit to check the car, but the after sales attention could have been way better. When there were delays he started avoiding calls, when there were problems he stopped listening... --- After 2 years, the car has driven for approximately 10.000kms, and spent several million fortins in repairs. A total disaster. The car still has some problems, though. Buying a car from Igor Car has been one of the biggest mistakes in my life. I wish I had stayed away from him and that Volvo...
