The former staff was really nice and patient, now new staff don't answer the phone calls and emails.... try several times....= = and pretend they didn't hear me, but answer me in English... maybe they only sell products to Hungarian and really bad in English...haha the service staff level is getting worse and worse...

Friendly receptionists and the best haircut and color I’ve had in ages! Ráhel, the hairstylist, is an absolute professional at her craft. Comfortable and attractive studio space as well. I’m one happy customer and will be back 100%!

I had a facial procedure with Szerdahelyi-Gerencsér Anett. Her relaxing face massage, natural herbs from cosmetics end calming music made me to feel like on Mediterranean sea cost for a while. I also like that she explains what she is doing, how it will feel on the skin and why, can give you recommendations on your daily skin routine. Eyelashes and eyebrows also done perfectly. Speaks English. Highly recommended 💙

Very beautiful place, super kind people and great products. My skin reacted well to all of them so far. However, it is a pity that the facial treatment did not go as deep as I wished for. I had a very nice lady doing my face but she was just too young and not experienced enough to clean my pores well. Massage could have been done better too.

Firstly products are amazing I have been using them since forever as well as my aunt and mother but l am very dissapointed from the last visit. (08/12/2018 after 11oclock) The safety seal on some of my products were broken so obviously they were opened before adding to that the fact that one of the product was not what I demanded (my fault should have checked straight ahead) the shop assistant was not as helpful as Iam usually used to here. I think I will skip my trip here and just get my products online next time. Sorry aunt Ilcsi 😕
