Quick and sufficiently clean and gentle.

We went to this gas station in Budapest on Sunday around 12:30 p.m. simply to withdraw cash from an ATM. The machine was located inside, just to the left of the entrance — something we did not know upon arrival. We politely asked the employee, in English, where the ATM was. His response was condescending and dismissive. He answered “in a cash machine,” in a mocking tone, as if we didn’t know what an ATM was, even though our question was clearly about its location. When we clarified that we were asking where it was, he just gestured behind us with an openly contemptuous attitude. While we were trying to navigate the instructions (mostly in Hungarian), we could hear the two same employees making fun of us out loud. This was nothing but gratuitous meanness. Being a tourist does not mean being stupid. We were simply doing our best in a country where we do not speak the language. A minimum of professionalism and basic respect would have been appreciated.

Apparently, the 600 Ft extra tip — on top of the base fee — wasn’t quite enough motivation to actually clean my car.

Perhaps good enough if to order very basic service option. Extras like pro-shield or ceramic is waste of money. Overall don’t recommend, better use more expensive hand car wash.

I bought the Triple Foam program (nr 4) and when the program was over, the car was still wet everywhere (including windows), I had to use the windshield wiper to drive away. Dirty water was pouring down around the doors and when I removed the bag they put on the back wipers there was foam under it. When the car dried it looked messy. I do not recommend this program at all.
