Our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. They assured us the property was secured and asked us to come to sign the contract and make the payment. We traveled from Albania specifically for this appointment. When we arrived, they repeatedly told us to wait for the owner, keeping us waiting for hours. At the end of the day, they informed us that the owner would not proceed with the rental. After that, they barely answered our calls and eventually stopped responding altogether. We lost an entire day, spent money on unnecessary travel, and were left without any solution or even a proper explanation. In our experience, this agency was highly unprofessional, unreliable, and showed no respect for its clients' time or effort. I would not recommend them.
