After coming to Budapest as tourists for the first time,our car broke down and we were very stressed. This service did very good job,they were so kind and explained everything to us. The guy named Bence is very fluent in English and after they told us they cant fix the car till Friday,we talked to him and he said they can do something tomorrow.They are all very kind,but that guy surely deserves a raise. They repaired the car next day and we went home without worries.

Teljes ávizsgálast, motorolaj és fékolaj cserét kértem. Az átvételkor az egyetlen mondanivalója az ügyintézönek a fizetendő összeg volt.. Miután érdeklődtem, hogy találtak-e valamit, nézte meg a kiértékelő lapot és modta el rajta megállapított hátsó futómű hibát. Ennyi kérdeztem? Nincsmás válaszolta. A kipufogó olyan hangos mint ha nem lenne rajta, szerintük ez ìgy rendben, a korábban szintén általuk megállapìtott első futómü hiba (azóta is kopog, most akartam javíttatni) most nem került észrevételre.. de akkor hogy nézték át? És persze átadták az autót a műszerfalon világító fék hibajelzéssel...

A férjemmel az m3 bevezetőn kaptunk durrdefektet. Pótkerék nem volt nálunk, a gumink le lett futva. Ők olyan segítőkészek voltak, hogy azonnal segítettek. Adtak egy pótkereket, illetve felajánlották az új gumik vásárlási lehetőségét is, azonban nekünk vadont új gumijaink voltak és ez a márka pont nem volt készleten, ezért ingyen adtak nekünk egy gumit, amivel ideiglenesen tudunk közlekedni. Profik, jól felszerelt műhely segítőkész alkalmazottakkal! Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk őket! Természetesen mi is hozzájuk fogunk járni ezek után!

Ezek a srácok a civilizációba vetett hit egyik utolsó bástyája. Ujjamnyi csavar a bal elsőben, de kevés levegő még maradt benne. Google térkép, 3 utcányira voltak szerencsére. Gyors telefon, siker! Tudnak fogadni! Odagurulok, kérdem, hogy kell-e kp, mert nincs nálam, és akkor vennék fel. Idézem: Náluk a defektjavítás ( mert, hogy javítható a gumi! ) ingyenes! Nem akartam hinni a fülemnek! Addig melegben leülhettünk bent az irodában... És pár perc múlva már újra úton voltam. És egy forintot nem hagytak fizetni! Le a kalappal előttük, csak ajánlani tudom!
