A safe, lovely place where culture meats nature. Super friendly, professional, helpful staff, they're running that place with true passion and love. My experience is that decent, polite, mostly younger travelers come there, there's no partying or any kind of disruption of peace there when the night comes, overall a very safe place in a very safe area. The rooms are nice and clean, everything is practical, there's a well-equiped kitchen, also there's a nice, big balcony full of beautiful plants and chill potential (i slept out there under the sky just for the experience). That island is a treasure island, right in the heart of the city but feels like a different world. You could just spend days exploring around that single island, especially if you like nature and movement. Connected to the hostel there's a bar that serve amazing food (try a burger, trust me...) There are also several other bars and restaurants, an outdoor theatre, a huge fountain with a musical light show in the evening, multiple baths, and many open minded people doing interesting group activities just random... and you haven't even left the island yet. Public transport is amazing, you can reach everything easily

The hostel itself is great. I’ve never used one before so wasn’t sure what to expect. The rooms and beds are good enough. The facilities on site are perfect. There’s a bar underneath with good food and drink. The island is beautiful to walk around. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Let us check in early to get to the football. Even asked me to come back in when they found out I had a late flight home. Each bed had plugs and a safe locker with a key so I felt secure leaving my valuables there when heading out to the city. There’s a bus route that will take you direct to the station or city centre. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will hopefully be back.
